Finally, the heavens opened up and blessed us with a gentle shower of rain. It was a moment of pure bliss, as I stood there feeling the cool droplets land softly on my skin. Though the rain was light and few drops fell on me, I felt grateful for every single one of them. It was as if the entire earth was sighing in relief, welcoming this small but precious gift from above. Oh, how I longed for more, to feel the rain pouring down on me, soothing my parched soul. But for now, I focused on the moment and let the rain wash away all my worries and pains.
