A bit of a roof day | kewl's gallery

Imagine the top part of a small tower or steeple against a clear sky. The tower has a rounded shape and is covered with dark grey or black slate tiles. However, many of the tiles are missing or broken, revealing the wooden structure underneath. You can feel the imagined texture of the rough, uneven slates and the exposed wood. At the very top of the tower, a metal cross stands against the sky. Below the tiled section, there's a curved, arched section of the tower, possibly made of stone or concrete. The scene evokes a sense of age and decay, suggesting a building that has been neglected or damaged.
